Asthma and Cholesterol

I have had the awesome privilege of knowing and being a patient of Dr. Garrett’s for over 10 years. Some years ago, after a physical, my cholesterol was high and my medical doctor put me on a cholesterol lowering drug. I felt exhausted unable to function due to the splitting headaches.

The doctor said that these symptoms would go away and that he wanted me on this medicine because my dad was on it. He also gave me an asthma medication and the side effect of that was I started getting upper respiratory infection every 6-8 weeks which required antibiotics.

To be brief, Chiropractic helped me get off of all this stuff, I started feeling better within a month. Now my cholesterol is normal, I don’t have asthma, and I don’t get upper respiratory infections any more. With regular Chiropractic care I feel fantastic.

Headaches and Ear Infections

In 1988, when I was 3 years old I was struck by a conversion van resulting in a concussion and basal skull fracture leaving me with continual headaches and ear infections.  Our family doctor prescribed antibiotics, trying several types and dosages, but I was still in constant pain (I couldn't even go to pre-school). 

So, at age 3, my mom brought me to Dr. Garrett where I had immediate results for both the ear infections and headaches!  To see immediate results in a short period of time was truly amazing!  My mom says, "Eric became healthy again and I strongly believe in Chiropractic care and encourage other people to try it."  My whole family is healthier because of chiropractic!

Neck, Shoulders and Arm Pain

I want to thank Dr. Garrett and staff for all your care and understanding these last six weeks.  The pain in my neck, shoulders and arms is now gone!  The range of motion and movement I have is now remarkable!  My headaches have disappeared!  I even feel like my posture is better, which I'm sure it is!

I worked in my garden yesterday with virtually no pain.  That is a real gift!  Thank you.  I will certainly recommend you to my family and friends.  I am a true believer that chiropractic works.  I look forward to my visits and a "pain free life".

 In October 1997, I began having terrible asthma attacks and sharp knife-like pains in my shoulders and upper and lower back. After a few months of icing my shoulder after swim practices, flex-all before practices and advil for pain... I had to drop the intensity of my practices and use an inhaler for my asthma. I wasn't getting complete workouts in and felt I couldn't go up to potential in my swimming. My posture was horrible!

My swim coach told me about Dr. Garrett and after only a few months of chiropractic treatment I could finally swim the thousands of yards that Coach Reeff has us to do without the pain! My posture is so much better and the asthma is as if it never existed!!
